Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of merchandise are exempt from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept items that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Certain health and personal care products
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted:

Books with obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records.
Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts due to reasons not due to our error.

Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, first double check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to officially post.

Then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of these and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items
Only regular priced items can be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.

Exchange
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange them for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to {physical address}.

Gift
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or if the gift giver sent the order to them to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
